The Cottage
Hoot 'n Holler Guest Cottage is on the water's edge, with Den and Dining Areas that overlook the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, and the professional chief's favorite, a Freedom Red Chambers Stove with matching Classic Red Refrigerator. You'll find all the accessory appliances to prepare a gourmet meal or a late night snack. Hoot 'n Holler is cozy and private for a romantic weekend for two while spacious and comfortable for a small group. The Living room is furnished with comfortable furniture, game table, television, VCR, vintage movies, and stereo for the music lover. The comfortable beds are made with all the linens, blankets and scads of pillows, for a restful sleep or the luxury of an afternoon nap. The 3 bedrooms are furnished with a king bed, a tall poster double bed and a set of twins.

The Extras
The Boat House
The boathouse has the only play room out over the water on Caddo Lake. The screened porch has rocking chairs for your relaxing enjoyment, the interior room is furnished with comfortable furniture, table and chairs for game playing, and music for dancing or listening. It’s a great place to observe the wildlife. You can watch the Red Shouldered Hawk hunt the shore line and the Pileated Woodpecker foraging for his family in the Cypress trees. Bring your binoculars and birding books, Caddo Lake is situated on a major flyway providing exciting birding. Caddo is blessed with great biological diversity and provides a critical habitat for resident and migratory wildlife.

The Boat Slips and Cooking Outdoors
The generous yard has shade trees, picnic area,
charcoal grill, a smoker for serious cooking, fish cleaning sink and plenty of
lawn chairs. The covered boat slips have electric hook up and convenient docking
for easy access.
